I called Absolute Air on Sunday evening. Amazingly, instead of a recording, a fellow by the name of Verlin Kelly answered the phone. He made an appointment for 9am Monday morning and showed up promptly at 9am. After spending a couple of hours checking the old system, it was obvious that I was throwing good money away for repairs. Decision made, we agreed on the price and Verlin set up another appointment with us for Tuesday to install a new unit. At 7:00am today, he arrived - three men and three trucks. They began work immediately and were walk-away done by 11:30am. The professionalism and quality of work has proven to be exceptional. And the cost was very competitive. I cannot say enough good things about these people and how they performed.
